In addition to the publications produced by its members, AOROC publishes a large number of books in its three collections, published by Hermann (History and Archeology), Osanna (Archeologia, nuova serie) and Ausonius (Pictor). Its collections are not reserved for its members. These three series host monographs on AOROC research themes. They are all supported by an international scientific council and a reading committee which, through its anonymous and contradictory evaluation reports, ensures a high degree of scientific standards.

AOROC anime aussi deux périodiques à comité de lecture international sur le monde celtique (Études Celtiques) et en linguistique (Lalies). AOROC publie, en effet, deux bulletins bibliographiques en archéologie et en histoire de l’art, le Bulletin de l’Association Internationale pour l’Étude de la Mosaïque antique et les Comptes-rendus Histara.
